What is the smallest shower tray you can do?
The smallest shower trays we offer have dimensions of 800mm x 800mm (Enrapture) or 990mm 990mm x 760mm (Cove).

How high are your shower trays?
Our ultra-low shower trays start at 40mm in height. In some circumstances, these can be sunk into the floor to offer a lower or level access threshold.

Will there be a lot of mess?
Our expert team endeavour to keep any mess during installation to a minimum. The team will ensure dust sheets are used as much as possible to protect your home, taking every care to respect your property. They also ensure that old bathroom equipment and any rubbish is removed.
Will I be left without toilet facilities?
We always minimise the time you are left without a usable toilet. In most cases, this is limited to just a few hours and we can build this time around you.
What qualifications do your installers have?
Our expert installation team undergoes individual assessment by Premier Care. Checks guarantee their ability to install your new bathroom to the highest standards. Premier Care is also a member of the British Institute of Installers and the Federation of Builders.
Is Premier Care in Bathing properly qualified for electrical installation work?
We hold all of the necessary proper qualifications to undertake electrical installations. All electrical work is certificated to part “P” safety regulations.
How long does it take to install a walk-in bath or shower?
On average, a Premier Care bathroom installation takes around four days to complete. The installation time differs for everyone depending on the product, the fitting difficulty and any additional design features. During your obligation-free consultation with one of our expert advisors, we will aim to give you an accurate estimate on installation time.
Do you remove all of the rubbish?
After the installation, we remove all of the old bathroom equipment and any rubbish.
Do you fit tiles?
From start to finish, we take care of your bathroom installation. Our expert team are happy to fit tiles of your choice to complete the look.
How long will it take between me placing an order and the installation starting?
As a custom bathroom service, each installation can be different. Our team will work to give you an estimated installation date once you have agreed to your bathroom design.
Do you install heating or radiators?
We supply and install a range of heated towel rails and radiators to complement your bathroom. These can be either straight or curved and are available in a chrome or white finish. They can be wet feed, dual fuel or electric.
Can I have a wet room fitted?
Wet rooms are highly adaptable and can be fitted in large and small bathrooms. Once installed, the open plan design also gives the illusion of greater space. Our experts understand the complexities involved in installing a wet room, which is why we offer a free, no-obligation survey, so they can advise you in the right way.
Can you fit a shower in one day?
It’s rare at Premier Care we can fit a walk-in shower in one day – this will usually only be possible if we’re simply replacing your existing shower, with all the plumbing and electrics already in place. To replace shower trays, enclosures and make good your bathroom, it does take longer. On average, our expert installation team takes 3-4 days to fit a walk-in shower.
Could we use our own plumber?
Premier Care in Bathing offer a fully inclusive service. This means we look after everything from the design, supply and installation of your bath or shower room. We do not offer a supply-only service for your own plumbers.
