Yes, take both capsules of Daily Love® each day. We pack so many vitamins and nutrients (plus herbs and nutraceuticals for extra benefits) into Daily Love® that all the goodness fits into 2 capsules.
You can take both capsules together, or one in the morning and the second later in the day. They’re both vital in making sure you receive the vitamins and minerals you deserve!
A supplement is designed to target a certain wellness gap (think: bloating, mood, skin, etc), and support it by a variety of ingredients like organic herbs, probiotics, and digestive enzymes. On the other hand, a multivitamin supports nutritional needs from vitamins and minerals that we may not be getting from our diet, helping the body perform vital and basic functions.

A nutraceutical is an ingredient like an herb or a digestive enzyme used to make you feel great. Daily Love® contains your typical vitamins and minerals, plus nutraceuticals for extra feel goods!
A change in your urine color to bright yellow is normal when taking a multivitamin like Daily Love®.
This is caused by Vitamin B complex, but specifically Vitamin B2, known as Riboflavin. B-complex vitamins are water-soluble vitamins and are not stored in the body (unlike other vitamins and minerals), which means they are dissolved in water and are quickly absorbed by your body. Any excess vitamins your body doesn’t need will be eliminated through urine, causing that change in color.
Because water-soluble vitamins are not made or stored in the body, it is important to take them every day for maximum health benefits. So no need to worry! You can continue to take Daily Love® as directed, and your body will take it from there. You can read more about Vitamin B2 here.
