How To Make Garlic Butter Cauliflower Rice

What’s In It

Here’s what I put in my garlic butter cauliflower rice:

  • Cauliflower Rice – I used frozen cauliflower rice. It saved me lots of time.
  • Butter
  • Garlic Cloves – If you don’t have garlic cloves or minced garlic, you can use garlic powder. The garlic cloves give it a more robust flavor.
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Chili Powder
  • Parsley – Fresh chopped parsley has a much better flavor and, it looks really pretty on the rice. You can use dried parsley as a substitute.
  • Lemon Juice – Fresh-squeezed lemon juice has the best flavor. Use lime juice as a substitute.

Topping Ideas

Another fantastic thing about this recipe is that you can add different toppings and make it taste completely different. It’s an easy dish to customize.
