I had my first and last visit to this salon. I received a gift card for a spa pedicure that also had the tip included ($70). I had an upcoming party to attend and finally had some time where I could book an appointment. As I sat in the pedicure chair, the water temperature was chilly and I didn't even get a chance to soak before she turned the jets off and began an extremely short exfoliation. In the meantime, she had a call on her cell phone, that she answered as I waited patiently for her to return, which then she kept texting. She rushed through my service, and made me feel like I was holding her up. She put one coat of polish on (which you could see through) and when she was done, it looked like one of my granddaughters painted them. As I approached the reception desk to check out, she was already rushing out of the door. I handed the receptionist my gift card and told her the gratuity was included when purchased. ($15, which was totally not what this person should've received due to my experience). The receptionist replied, "whoever sold this gift card, did it incorrectly and gratuity is not allowed to be added". She did, however let the gratuity come off of the gift card after I showed her it was clearly written on the card "gratuity included"
I would have to say that the professionalism or there lack of at this salon totally made me feel like my business didn't matter and I can say without a doubt, I will not recommend their services to any of my friends or colleagues. :/

I have been going to this location for about 15 years even after it changed hands and became K Co. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! There is such a high turnover among staff. Just as I get used to a new person they leave. Last Saturday I had a big party to attend. I had an appointment for 2:30 for color, cut and blow dry confirmed by a text from K Co. I received a call at 2:10 and was told that my appointment had been at 2 and no one could see me for the rest of the day. I think this mistake on their part and inflexibility shows very poor customer service.

Let me start by saying stylist was very very nice. I would rate 1 star for cut and style. However he did even out the cut. I was scheduled with senior stylist. I thought I was going to get the best cut and style. Especially because I'm paying for a senior stylist rate. I came to K co to touch up a previous cut that was uneven. I told him the look I was going for. A long blunt bob. This cut is a very popular cut currently so I figured a senior stylist would get it correct. I asked him if he knew what I was looking for. Confidently he said yes. I was left with very short layers on top and the bottom layers flip out. I call it the "Rachel" haircut from Friends. The cut did not remotely resemble a blunt cut bob. When he preceded to style and blow out it was not blunt but curled. I showed him a picture and he tells me it's the product used to achieve that look. Well I have had a blunt long bob cut in the past and no... it wasn't all about product. Never been so unhappy about a haircut in my life!! Can't wait for it to grow out. I am having to wear my hair up.. yes it's that bad. Call me "Rachel"

I recently went to Kco to have my hair styled by Kayla. She was very attentive, listened to exactly what I wanted and I had the best blow out ever (the only one that was comparable was a top rated salon in NYC!). Infact, I was still getting compliments on my blow out a week later! Yes, it lasted 7 days, to be exact!

Walked in wanting a spray tan. Saw there was much more inside. Beautiful calming decor and gorgeous salon on the inside. Staff was friendly and welcoming. This review is for Claire who is a stylist and the same woman who did my spray tan. 1. My tan looks fantastic 2. She was very informative and let me know how to take proper care of my tan 3. She had great customer service ( I didn't feel rushed, she took me even though she was busy, she made me feel comfortable because I've never had a spray tan done by a person). Thank you Claire I had a great experience I will be back! (I walked in but I would recommend having an appointment because salon and spa is busy)
